1. Download the App! Download and install the HERO by LINC-ED app to your device, using one of the links below: iPhone – iPhone App Store Android – Android Google Play 2. Enter your email Click on "NEW USER" and enter the email address you provided on enrolment and click "REQUEST PASSWORD LINK" (you should see a confirmation message) 3. Check Your Inbox Check your email inbox and click on the reset password reset link (if you don't receive this, please check your spam/junk folder) 4. Enter a Secure Password Click "RESET PASSWORD" and enter a secure password. Please make a note of the password for future reference 5) Log In to start using the MENPS App! Once confirmed, SIGN IN to the app, using your new password 6) Enable Notifications Finally, make sure you click on your account profile and set notifications to "DEFAULT" - this will ensure you receive notifications of any important messages from school.
